AI betting prompts, one page per sport

A prompt that works for tennis will quietly fail at football, because the two sports are decided by different numbers. This library covers every sport on the PropickAI board — football, tennis, basketball, table tennis, hockey and volleyball — with two prompt versions each, the data they need, and a place to measure which one actually makes money on your slate.

Escolha the sport you actually bet

Six sports, ordered by how much of our daily card they fill. Each page carries that sport's v1 and v2 prompts in full, a comparison of how they behave, the exact data to paste in, and what a usable answer looks like.

Football prompts

Three-way mercados, a ~25% empate, and results that lag xG. Two prompts: de-vigged mercado discipline for 1X2, and an attacking-metrics version for totals and BTTS.

Tennis prompts

Surface splits, hold and break-point rates, fatigue after three-setters, and a mercado that overpays reputation. Two prompts: disciplined favourites vs aggressive underdog value.

Basketball prompts

Possessions times efficiency gives a real projected total; then availability, back-to-backs and travel decide whether the number survives. Two prompts: projection and situational.

Tabela Tennis prompts

Sets to 11 decided by two pontos, serve rotating every two pontos, very short favorito prices and semi-pro events with almost no form data. Two prompts: cautious mercado-anchored and set-level value.

Hockey prompts

Confirmed starters, power play and penalty kill, and shot share versus actual results. Two prompts: disciplined moneyline/unders and an xG-driven value version.

Volleyball prompts

A race to three sets, no clock, no empate. Reception and attack efficiency, rotation depth and fatigue — with handicaps priced in sets. Two prompts: set-form and matchup value.

How it works

Turn a hunch into a measured strategy

1

Copy a prompt

Iniciar from a sport page above, or from the universal template below. The AI Lab auto-fills each jogo's equipes, league, cotações and date.

2

Run it on real jogos

Bring your own AI key, escolha games from today's jogo list and lock each forecast before kick-off. No hindsight edits.

3

Keep what vitórias

Your dashboard scores every prompt on hit-rate, ROI and drawdown over a virtual $10,000 bank, and ranks the survivors on public leaderboards.

Two prompts for the same sport can behave completely differently — one plays favourites, the other hunts underdog value. Which one vitórias is a question about your slate, not about prompt wording, and the only honest way to answer it is to run both on the same jogos.

Universal template

The structure every good betting prompt shares

Sport-specific detail belongs on the sport pages. This is the skeleton underneath all of them: a fair baseline, named adjustments, a priced bet, and permission to pass.

BASEAny sport — mercado-anchored template
You are a professional {sport} betting analyst. Jogo: {home} vs {away}, {league}, {date}.
Current mercado: {cotações}.

Step 1 — Baseline: convert the cotações to implied probabilities and remove the margem da casa de apostas. Treat the result as the fair price.
Step 2 — Adjust: move off that baseline only for factors you can name and verify (form measured in the units that decide this sport, availability of key players, rest and travel, venue).
Step 3 — Price the bet: state the cotações at which your escolha becomes value, and compare with what is offered.

Output exactly:
1) Probabilities for every resultado, summing to 100%
2) Main escolha + confiança 1-10
3) Best mercado and the price it becomes value at
4) One decisive factor, one linha
5) "no bet" if your fair price agrees with the mercado

No hedging, no disclaimers, no restating the question.
Replace {sport} and swap step 2 for the factors that decide that sport — the sport pages spell them out.

Why this shape works

  • The mercado first. The price already contains most of the public information. A model that never sees it invents a world of its own.
  • Named adjustments only. Forcing the model to name the reason kills most of the confident nonsense.
  • A number, not a verdict. Probabilities and a fair price can be graded after the jogo; "looks strong" cannot.
  • An explicit no-bet. A prompt that must produce a escolha will produce a bad one on the days there is nothing there.

Questions

About AI betting prompts

What is an AI betting prompt, exactly?

It is the instruction set you give a language model before it sees a jogo: which factors to weigh, in what order, how to treat the casa de apostas price, and what shape the answer must take. The same model with two different prompts produces genuinely different escolhas — which is why a prompt is something you version, test and retire rather than write once.

Do I need my own AI subscription or API key?

Sim — the AI Lab is bring-your-own-key. You keep control of the model and the cost, and PropickAI handles the dados do jogo, the locking of forecasts before kick-off, settlement against the official result, and the scoring on a virtual bank.

How many prompts can I compare at once?

On the $19 AI Lab tier you run one sport with up to five stored prompts and compare three of them side by side on the same jogo. The $49 tier removes the sport limit, raises the stored-prompt cap and adds batch runs and the wider provider matrix.

Will these prompts make me profitable?

No prompt can promise that, and any page claiming otherwise is selling you something. What the library does is remove the obvious failure modes — ignoring the price, ignoring the surface, forcing a escolha every day — and give you the measurement to find out honestly whether your version has an edge on your slate.

More on how the plans differ is on the pricing page, and the general service questions are answered in the PropickAI FAQ.
